
Dana started part time work at Salmon Falls Animal Hospital in May of 2024 and became the office manager in May of 2025. Dana graduated from Mount Ida College in 1996 with a B.S. as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Her focus in college was wildlife and zoo medicine; however, since then the majority of her experience has been with domestic animals in small animal practices.
She lives in her house in Southern Maine with her husband, two English bulldogs, two ball pythons, a tortoise, and foster Capuchin monkey from Helping Hands Monkey Helpers for the Disabled. She is a volunteer for a dog rescue known as SNORT (Short Nose Only Rescue Team) as well as at Saco River Wildlife Center. Hobbies include traveling, hiking, camping, and motorcycling.
